Many companies promise to manufacture customized technical brushes for their customers. However, the semi-finished product market—which provides the bases and cores for all types of technical brushes, from cylindrical to linear, flat or frontal ones—offers a wide variety of options, but certainly not an infinite selection. Sizes may vary, but they always fall within a predefined standard range. Shapes and forms depend on market demand rather than individual needs. If a specific material is required, finding a pre-made component in the exact size and shape needed is extremely difficult. As a result, many so-called "custom-made" solutions are actually just small modifications or combinations of standard products. In practice, this means that customers are forced to compromise and settle for a product that does not fully meet their needs.
